Break Thru People Solutions (in conjuction with EDGE Employment Solutions in Perth) has the sole Asia-Pacific licence to present “Applied Marketing & Selling Skills” (AMSS) & “Finding a Job, Keeping a Job” (FAJKAJ). Since their original inception in the late 1980’s, these courses have provided the employment services industry with specialist training in contemporary reverse marketing & job training, support & retention strategies for job seekers with a disability or disadvantage. Both courses are updated regularly to capture the latest in industry relevance.

Over 300 organisations from Australia and New Zealand have used FAJKAJ and AMSS as a key part of their induction training for staff. References can be provided for organisations interested in our courses but keen to speak with others who have also used the training.

Our training is competency based, interactive and involves frequent practical exercises either on an individual or small group basis.

Training is flexible and affordable and designed and delivered by employment services industry specialists. Courses may be accessed via a public calendar or via internal courses arranged on an individual basis with organisations.
