Break Thru People Solutions is an Australian not for profit organisation and since 1992, has offered a range of free specialist employment and training programs to job seekers. As a free service, we also work closely with employers to find the right person for their job vacancies.

Break Thru is a provider of Australian Government Employment Services and is funded by the Department of Employment, Education and Workplace Relations, the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability & Home Care and the QLD Department of Employment & Industrial Relations.

Break Thru is a quality accredited organisation and operates in accord with the Disability Service Standards and the Australian Quality Training Framework.

Break Thru believes that the employment of people with disadvantages is not an act of charity, it is good business sense. Our staff work hard to support people looking for jobs to build skills and confidence that will assist them in securing real jobs. Break Thru believe work is fundamental to living a fulfilling and productive life and a job enables everyone to play a significant and valued role in the life of their communities.

We deliver a unique integrated service delivery model. People with disabilities and other disadvantages have access to a range of programs that best match their unique support needs. This ‘one stop shop’ model has recently captured the attention of Australian and international policy makers and has been explored by delegations from New Zealand, the United States of America, Netherlands and European members of the World Association of Public Employment Services (WAPES).
